Good morning all! The results for All State Band have been posted, and we have two students who earned alternate positions in the All State Concert Band!
Congratulations to Jordan Shadbolt and Zek Kelly for their alternate positions in the trombone and euphonium sections respectively. Well done, and be proud of your accomplishments!

Good morning all! Caroling Winds members please take note of the following information.
Uniform will be to dress for holiday cheer - jeans and a nice shirt will be fine, Santa hats and reindeer antlers encouraged! As we approach our caroling dates, it would be a good idea to change your caroling music into your flip-books. If you do not have a lyre, you will be responsible for providing your own stand or transporting one from East - if you do, BRING CLOTHES PINS!

It is very important that we represent the Band Program and the school to the best of our ability. Do not forget uniforms or instruments, and the times that you are required to be present. Hi all! Here is the information for the CBA Southern Regional Competition. Students will be dismissed from all classes.
7:30 am - Call time in band room; pit moves to field, individual warm-ups/section warm-ups.
8:00 am - Rehearsal
10:00 am - End rehearsal; U Haul loading/equipment check.
10:30 am - Lunch in cafeteria.
11:00 am - Bus loading.
11:15 am - Depart.
12:30 pm - Estimated arrival, Academy D20 stadium.
12:30-12:55 pm - Equipment unloading
1:00-1:45 pm - Percussion Warm-up
1:25-2:10 pm - Band/Color Guard Warm-up
2:00 pm - Percussion at gate
2:20 pm - Band at gate
2:30 pm - Perform
2:45 pm - Off field, reload equipment
4:00 pm - Drum Majors report for DM retreat
4:15 pm - 1A-3A Awards
At this time we will eat dinner and watch bands from division 4A perform.

Please arrange for transportation to Dutch Clark Stadium after school on the day. Front ensemble will load at East immediately after school. Battery and winds please report to Dutch Clark no later than 3:45 pm.
All students will be responsible for their uniforms, shakos, and instruments.
Body and Music Warm Up (please play toward the ends zones). 4-4:45 pm
Pit percussion will stage equipment on the West side track while winds and battery warm up; props will be staged on the East side. After our warm up we will change into uniform.
After exiting the field we will wait to take the stands only after South has made it down from the stands.
All band members are expected to be in the stands to watch and support all bands after us. We will watch La Junta from the East sideline. REMEMBER: this is a friendly event where we get to watch each other's bands and support them in a non-competitive format! Please be courteous and encouraging to your fellow bands!
All Bands will perform to the West Stands. FOR SPECTATORS THE EVENT WILL BE 5 DOLLARS FOR ANYONE 12 OR OLDER. The money collected will go toward band leadership development for our area.
