Hi everyone! Here is the rundown of 3A State Championships on Monday, Oct. 26. Please read thoroughly and plan accordingly.
PLEASE NOTE: Rehearsal in the morning has been moved to 7:30 am; students will need to secure a ride to Dutch Clark - the buses will leave from the stadium and head directly to CSU-Pueblo for warm-ups and performance.
Students will need to have a ride from CSU-Pueblo after Finals. The buses WILL NOT be taking us back to Dutch Clark. Please plan accordingly.
7:30 am - Rehearsal at Dutch Clark Stadium
9:30 (pit)/10:00 am (remaining) - Load U-Haul
10:30 am - Change into uniforms
10:55 am - Bus Loading at Dutch Clark
11:20 am - Arrive at CSU-Pueblo/Unload U-Haul
11:55 am - Warm-Up
12:55 pm - Depart Warm-Up
1:05 pm - Pre-Stage at Gate
1:15 pm - Performance
4:00 pm - Semi-Final Awards
Lunch will be provided at Dutch Clark; students will eat at Dutch Clark if time allows or on the buses. Parents Promoting Music will provide dinner for students following Semi-Final Awards. Students will stay for the final 8:00 pm performance regardless of our placement. Students are strongly encouraged to remain for the Final Awards at 8:30 pm as well, but will not be required to do so.
It will get very cold throughout the evening performances. Please bring appropriate jackets and additional garments with you to Dutch Clark in order to have them for the evening. Please be aware of the weather forecast for Monday.

Regardless of how we place, this is a great opportunity to observe and cheer on other bands not only in our division, but in the 1A and 2A divisions as well. It will be a long day - come prepared and be ready to perform your best, and we will make it a great one!
